Choose your size and click the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button on the product page.
Review your selected items by clicking MY CART at the top right of the page.
Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a receipt to the email provided during checkout. Please allow a few working days for processing. Once shipped, we’ll email your tracking number.

3. Do you offer engraving customization?
Yes! Personalizing jewelry is our specialty. Most of our products are engravable, and engraving options and limitations are clearly indicated on each product page. Share your story with a custom touch!


4. Do you offer custom jewelry design?
Currently, we focus on manufacturing modular designs and do not provide custom jewelry design services.


5. Do you have any physical stores?
We are an e-commerce-based store. However, our office is located in Malaysia. For further inquiries, feel free to contact us directly.


6. What is your returns or exchanges policy?

7. How can I change or cancel my order after submission?
Contact our customer service team via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number, payment proof, and relevant evidence. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with order modifications or cancellations.

  • Allow 1–2 working days for engraving.

  • Once engraving is complete, we’ll ship your order immediately.

  • Orders within Malaysia are handled by J&T Express.
